The Bahraini Foreign Ministry condemned an attack on the Saudi police headquarters that left one soldier dead.

In a statement wired by the Bahraini news agency (BNA) on Wednesday, the Foreign Ministry stressed solidarity with Saudi Arabia in promoting security and stability across the kingdom.

Bahrain also voiced support for the Saudi efforts to promote security and stability at the regional and international levels.

A soldier was killed when four masked gunmen opened fire on a police headquarters in the al Qatif region of Saudi Arabia late Tuesday.
