Culture Minister Helmy el Namnam has condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a hotel in Arish city, North Sinai, on Tuesday morning.
Namnam said such terrorist attacks aim at destabilizing the country and affecting the will of the Egyptian people.
He offered condolences to the martyrs' families and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
A booby-trapped vehicle exploded outside the Swiss Inn hotel Tuesday morning, where judges overseeing the parliamentary vote were staying.
The attack left two judges and three policemen dead.
