Egypt has strongly condemned the terrorist explosion in Manama that resulted in injuries to several policemen on Monday.

The Egyptian Foreign Ministry in its statement carried by Middle East News Agency (MENA) expressed the Egyptian government and people's condolences to the brethren in Kingdom of Bahrain over the victims of the terrorist incident, reiterating Egypt's firm stance with the Kingdom in confronting all forms of violence and terrorism.

The Egyptian ministry stressed its confidence in the capability of Bahrain's government and people to overcome such incidents and this hateful phenomenon aimed to terrify innocent people and undermine the security and stability of communities.
