Cairo - Arab Today
Egypt's Representative to the UN Amr Aboulatta on Wednesday condemned the practices of the Israeli occupation in Palestine.
The Foreign Ministry said in a statement Wednesday the Egyptian ambassador's condemnation came in a speech to the United Nations General Assembly, few days before celebrating the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People on November 29.
Over the past two days, the UN General Assembly discussed pending points pertaining to the Palestinian cause as well as the occupied Syrian Golan.
Aboulatta slammed the Israeli decision to allow settlers to cruelly attack Palestinian children and women.
He asserted that the Arab countries give top priority to the Palestinian cause.
