The Federation of Arab Journalists has condemned the ongoing Israeli violations against journalists and the Palestinian media outlets.
More than 450 violation cases have been documented so far, said a statement released by the Freedoms Committee the Federation of Arab Journalists.
The committee voiced deep concern about the deteriorating health condition of the Palestinian journalist, Mohamed al-Qiq, who has been on a hunger strike in an Israeli jails.
It called for quickly releasing al Qiq, deciding to organize an international campaign to exercise pressure on the Israeli government to release him and maintain the rights of Palestinian journalists.
