France has condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a hotel, in which judges overseeing the parliamentary vote were staying, in Arish, North Sinai.

The attack earlier Tuesday left four people dead, including two judges, and 14 others wounded.

Spokesman for the French Foreign Ministry Roman Nadal condoled with families of the victims.

Paris supports the Egyptian people and government in the fight against terrorism, Nadal stressed.
