The Omani Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned the Friday attack on the house of its ambassador to Yemen Bader al Mantheri.

In a statement issued Saturday, the ministry said attacking diplomatic premises violated international conventions.

It urged the United Nations to take all needed measures to end the war in Yemen before it poses a serious threat to regional security, according to the Oman News Agency
