The Palestinian foreign ministry on Sunday strongly condemned the Israeli "vicious" settlement plans.

The condemnation came after the Israeli Supreme Court has agreed to consider 1,341 dunums of Palestinian land at Bethlehem's village of Nahla as Israeli "state land".

In a statement earlier in the day, the ministry denounced such "escalation", pointing out that the plan was a flagrant breach of international laws and the Geneva Conventions.
