The UAE has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a hotel in Borkina Faso's capital and claimed the lives of several civilians while several others were injured.

In a statement released by the UAE news agency (WAM), the UAE Foreign Ministry condemned such terrorist attacks by extremist groups, urging the international community to unite efforts in face of terrorism and eradicate it in all its forms.

The statement also asserted the UAE's firm stance rejecting terrorism and all powers standing behind it.
