I am sorry for leaving this bad impression with the journalists, but I was referring to a specific person who used to mock me in his all written works,” read a statement on Ahly’s official site.“I will lodge a complaint to The Egyptian sport reporters’ association against that journalist who caused this entire saga” Jose’s statement added.The 65-year-old Portuguese tactician launched several verbal attacks on journalists during his previous two stints in charge of Ahly, but matters seemed to have cooled following his return to the Cairo giants last January.However, he became grumpy again and described journalists as “dirty people” in a TV interview following Ahly’s elimination from the CAF Champions League group stage at the hands of Tunisia’s Esperance.
