He sustained the injury Tuesday during the fourth quarter of Cleveland\'s loss to the Miami Heat when he was kneed in the head. The team said Irving had headaches after the game that worsened Wednesday. The first-year player has averaged 18.0 points, 5.1 assists and 3.5 rebounds over 23 games this season.
