Veteran Iceland striker Eidur Gudjohnsen underwent successful surgery for a broken right foot today, but is expected to miss the rest of the season, his Greek Super League club AEK Athens announced. Gudjohnsen, a former Chelsea and Barcelona player, was injured in yesterday\'s 1-1 draw with Olympiakos Piraeus.
