Cairo - Egypt Today
Zamalek Sports Club
will not participate in the Arab Club Championship unless its match against Misr lel Makasa is repeated in compliance with a relevant court ruling, said chairman of Zamalek S.C. Mortada Mansour.
The club’s board of directors has made this decision just in case the Egyptian Football Association refuses to implement the ruling, Mansour told MENA on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the White Knights’ chairman noted that he would hold a meeting with team coach Augusto Inácio after Tuesday’s training to decide on whether he would continue or terminate his contract.
Mansour further stressed that Inácio will be in charge during Zamalek’s upcoming matches against Tala’ae el Gaish and Al Ahly as part of Egypt Cup and the premier league respectively.
