Mallorca\'s coach Michael Laudrup has resigned following the club\'s decision to sack his assistant coach Erik Larsen after openly criticising club owner Lorenzo Serra Ferrer in an interview with a Danish publication. The 47-year-old Michael Laudrup has coached the Primera Division Mallorca since July 2010 and his current contract was due to expire at the end of the 2011-2012 season.
