Four policemen were killed and several others injured in an armed attack on a checkpoint in the North Sinai city of Arish.

Several terrorists attacked a mobile checkpoint in the square of Al-Atalawy in Arish, leaving four policemen dead and others injured.

The bodies and the injured victims are being rushed to hospital.

Police have launched a manhunt to arrest perpetrators.
