A 4.1-magnitude earthquake has shaken Southern California without causing any reported damage or injury, the U.S. Geological Survey said. Residents of Los Angeles, 60 miles to the west, felt the quake, the Los Angeles Times reported. It was also felt in San Bernardino County and the San Gabriel Valley. Worldwide, there are about 13,000 quakes a year measuring between 4.0 and 4.9 on the Richter scale.
