A mild earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter Scale hit Egypt's capital Cairo and the seaport city of Suez on Friday evening, Middle East News Agency reported.
According to the Egyptian Earthquakes Monitoring Authority, the tremor was felt at 20:01 on Friday, and was centered west of Suez.
No casualties or damages have been reported.
