A 4.5-magnitude earthquake jolted waters off southeastern Taiwan on Wednesday.China Earthquake Networks Center said that the epicenter of the quake was monitored at 22.4 degrees north latitude and 121.3 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 60 kilometers.
