Quake hits Kazakhstan

An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale jolted 41km SSE of Talghar, Kazakhstan at 05:42: 31 Hong Kong Time on Saturday (2014-08-15 21:42:31 GMT), the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 28.26 km, was initially determined to be at 42.9484 degrees north latitude and 77.3814 degrees east longitude.
