A 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck Mexico's Pacific coast, some 210 kilometers southwest of Tomatlan, a town in Mexico's southwestern Jalisco state, Russia Today quoted a statement by the US Geological survey on Sunday as saying.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning center has said there was no tsunami risk.
The quake struck at a depth of 22 kilometers at 14:23 GMT on Sunday.
