Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Salah El Din Helal on Wednesday denied he intended to submit his resignation.

Speaking to MENA, the minister categorically refuted reports claiming he would tender his resignation over an alleged bribery case that involved officials at the the ministry.

The minister said he is pressing ahead with combating corruption inside the ministry.
