Environment Minister Khalid Fahmy called on Wednesday for increasing financial aid and transferring technology to achieve development in Africa.
During a press conference held on the sidelines of the African Ministers of Environment Conference, Fahmy stressed the importance of supporting the investment sector and economic projects in Africa.
"We need a new financial mechanism to lure businessmen to pump investments into the African market," he said.
