Gyeonggi

South Korea's border province of Gyeonggi plans to provide 500 million won (US$495,200) worth of forest protection aid to North Korea to help recover destroyed forest there, the province said Saturday.
Seven truckloads of agricultural pesticides, machinery and equipment used in forest protection will be shipped to the North Korean border city of Kaesong around July 18, the province of Gyeonggi said. The South Korean province is located along the western part of the inter-Korean border.
