Rail chaos adds to Britain

Police were called to control
passengers at King's Cross, Paddington and London's other mainline
railways stations Saturday after hundreds of services were cancelled
becasue of technical problems, dpa reported.
Network Rail boss Robin Gisby apologized for the 'dreadful
disruption',
The partial closure of two of the country's biggest railway stations
coincided with the first blast of cold winter weather. The
Meteorological Office warned of a big freeze, with temperatures set
to fall to minus 10 degrees in parts of Scotland.
