Tropical Storm Kiko was 380 miles west of the southern tip of Baja California Sunday, but was weakening as it moved slowly northward, U.S. forecasters said. The National Hurricane Center in Miami said sustained winds were at 60 mph -- down from 70 mph -- and the storm was heading north at 6 mph. At 2 p.m. PDT there were no coastal watches or warnings in effect. The storm was expected to take a turn to the north-northwest with a further decrease in forward speed by Monday. Topical storm-force winds extended outward up to 70 miles.
