Algerian Kabyle singer Lounis Ait Menguellet announced Wednesday in Algiers two concerts in June in Algiers and a national tour during the holy month of fasting Ramadan. During a press conference devoted to the presentation of its latest opus "Isefra’’ (poems), the artist said that he will give two concerts at Ibn Khaldoun Hall in Algiers, on 13 and 14 June, and a national tour during Ramadan, without giving dates and places of the performances.     Since his latest album “Tawriqt tacevhant” (White sheet), released in 2010, Lounis Ait Menguellet said that he took time to polish the album, which will be added to his rich repertoire. "I write when I am inspired, and sing when I have something to say,” he said, adding that his latest album is in line with "spirit” of the previous albums. The 64-year old Lounis Ait Menguellet, poet and singer since 1967, has released several albums, including "Ammi" (My son - 1983), “Acimi” (Why – 1989), “Awal” (The word - 1993), “Inassen” (Tell them – 2001) and “Yennad wemyar” (The poet said – 2005.)
