The fourth International Cultural Festival of Symphonic Music opened Thursday at Mahieddine-Bachtarzi Algerian National Theatre (TNA of Algiers) with a joint recital performed by the musicians of the Algerian Symphony Orchestras and Beijing Opera, under the guidance of Chinese Maestro Yu Feng.
