Egypt's Ambassador to Russia Mohamed el Badry opened the 13th international theater festival at the Russian university of science and arts.

The ambassador delivered a speech about the history of the Egyptian theater in which he said that Egypt is a beacon of theater and arts, according to a statement issued by Egypt's Foreign Ministry.
