The International Festival of Animated Films film kicked off at Ibn Zeidoun movie theatre in Riadh El Feth Office (OREF) on Wednesday offering, until 11 January, a space for a new art genre in Algeria dedicated to entertainment and education so as to promote the Algerian cultural heritage.
