Activities of “Jordan Festival” started in Madaba on Saturday with the participation of cultural and artistic delegations from Jordan and other Arab countries. The event, entitled “Madaba Nights Festival” is organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, in cooperation with The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM), Zain Jordan, and Madaba Municipality. Secretary General of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities Issa Gammoh stressed the importance of the event in promoting tourism sector in the kingdom, serving local communities, and supporting Jordan’s national economy.
