The first edition of the Maghreb Cultural Film Festival scheduled from 3 to 8 November in Algiers was inaugurated Sunday at El Mouggar hall by Selma Bargach’s feature film "La cinquième corde" (the fifth string) a melodrama in which music provides alternatives of change to young people seeking to open a new world, appropriate to their aspirations.
