President of the Republic, Field marshal OMER Al-Bashir on Thursday, issued a republic decree forming a High Committee for observing Al-Shaheed Organization's Silver Jubilee to be chaired by the Vice-President, Hassabo Mohamed Abdul-Rahman.
The decision named Ministers of Defense and Welfare and Social Security as two alternate chairpersons, Director-General of Al-Shaheed Organization as member and Rapporteur of the Committee, and other members.
