Supporters of Egypt\'s ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi clashed with his opponents in a Cairo neighbourhood on Tuesday, leaving at least seven people injured, security officials said. Birdshot was fired from both sides, as residents of the Giza neighbourhood smashed the shopfront of a department store owned by Islamists, they said.
