Rebel separatists kidnapped 22 Pakistani labourers and security force personnel early Tuesday, killing 14 of them in the volatile southwestern province of Baluchistan, officials said. The attack happened in the Mach area of Bolan district, around 70 kilometres (44 miles) southeast of the provincial capital Quetta.
