Spain opened sanction proceedings against Google on Thursday for suspected serious breaches of data protection laws, acting just hours after France threatened the Internet giant with fines. Spain\'s data protection agency said its investigations of Google\'s new privacy policy found evidence of six infractions of privacy laws, five of them considered to be serious.
