A specialised Arab training meeting about monitoring data opened on Sunday at the Audit Bureau, organised in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Arab Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI).
Audit Bureau President Mustafa Barari told the opening session that the gathering is an opportunity to enhance the skills and capabilities of participants from Jordan and a dozen other Arab countries in the field of technology and information systems' censorship, to serve the Arab audit work, protect public money and keep pace with the advancements in technology and information systems.
Barari thanked the representatives of the Arab regulatory agencies and departments for taking part in this "specialized and professional" gathering, aimed at raising the efficiency of trainees and providing them with basic knowledge and technical skills necessary to monitor data.
Also addressing the five-day meeting, ARABOSAI representative Reda al Majeri expressed the hope that it would achieve its goal to serve Arab oversight agencies in the field of monitoring information technology.
