Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) has hosted an introductory workshop about the new performance management system (Performance), organized by the Civil Service Bureau that aims to upgrade government agencies work level.
SCYS Resources and Services Director, Marwan Fouad Kamal, said that the new system, which was approved by the Cabinet, aims to develop human resources and to maintain the level of performance in ministries and government institutions.
