Egyptian businessman Gamal el-Sadat donated on Monday EGP 50 million to the Long Live Egypt fund.
Sadat handed over a cheque of his donation to Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab.
In July, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi launched the fund to boost Egypt's economy, since then many people, especially businessmen, have contributed to the fund.
