Alexandria prosecutors ordered on Thursday forming a committee to determine the reason behind the sinking of a ferry at el-Dekhila port and referring its five-member crew to investigations.
The ferry drowned after the captain sailed from the port without taking needed permission.
The cargo movement at the port has been regular.
