Gaza - Petra
A Jordanian aid convoy carrying medical and humanitarian relief material arrived in Gaza on Monday.
The convoy was arranged by the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation to ease the hardships that Gazans face due to the Israeli attacks on the strip.
Commander of the Jordan field hospital "Gaza 31" Barakat Aqil said the eight-truck convoy carries medicine, medical supplies, water and clothes donated by various Jordanian sectors.
He said medicines and other medical supplies will be delivered to the Health Ministry in Gaza for distribution among hospitals and medical centers in the coastal enclave.
