Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah has issued law on fees of Fujairah municipalities, regarding charges on trade licences, residential, commercial and investment lands, and buildings, health and protection of the environment, the Legal Affairs and contracts and the Consumer Protection Section. The new law states in its first article that the provisions on the new municipal fees attached to Law No. 2 of 2012, replaces the law on the municipal fees issued under the law No. one of 2005.
