North Sinai Governor Abdel-Fattah Harhour Saturday visited the location of the New Suez Canal to inspect digging operations.
Harhour, who was accompanied by representatives of tribes and businessmen, said he wanted residents of North Sinai to see the project on the ground.
In so doing, he meant to encourage them to purchase the New Canal investment certificates.
