Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, met here on Tuesday the Arab finance ministers, central bank governors and directors of Arab financial agencies, who are participating in the annual meeting of the Arab Financial Institutions and Fourth Meeting for the Council of Arab Finance Ministers which kicked off here earlier today.During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed exchanged talks with Arab ministers on economic and financial situation in the Arab World and mechanisms of pushing development wheel forward for rebuilding a sound Arab economy based on a common strategy that serves interest of Arab people.Sheikh Mohammed stressed the vital importance of joint Arab investment in various sectors to implement Arab League resolutions for launching the Arab common market and clearing obstacles facing Arab economies.Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid opened the two-day meetings earlier today.The meetings serve as an ideal platform to address the latest economic and financial conditions in the Arab region and to promote economic and financial policies of the Arab countries to enhnace economic integration, activate the movement of intra-regional trade and to guarantee prosperity and food security
