Northern State of Sudan allocated 72 million pounds to develop Wadi Helfa city to face economic and social transition after the inauguration of Eshkit- Qustol crossing at the Sudanese-Egyptian border.
In a report raised to legislative Council, governor of the state Ibrahim Al-Khedr said the money was allocated to develop water, education, health and electricity services.
He also pointed out that First Vice President Bakri Hassan Salih financed Dongola Hospita with five million pounds.
