Revenues of the Suez Canal dropped 7.9 percent in February to $399.4 million from $433.4 million in January, according to a cabinet report released on Sunday. But the income on a yearly basis jumped 6.4 percent compared to February of 2013 when it hit $375.3 million, said the report. The number of vessels transiting the waterway dropped 9.5 percent in February to 1,238 from 1,368 in January, added the report.
