The General Assembly of Telecom Egypt (TE) announced Tuesday the names of the new members of the Board of Directors, which includes Mohamed Kamal Barakat and Amr Abdel Rashid Mansour.

In exclusive statements to MENA Tuesday, a well-placed source with the company said that a new board meeting will be held later in the day to choose the new executive director of the company.
