The Saudi bourse ended higher on Saturday, lifted by petrochemical and banking stocks. The all-share index of the largest Arab market added 1.4 percent to close at 6,464 points, as the petrochemical sector index gained 1.1 percent. Petrochemical giant Saudi Basic Industries (SABIC) gained 1.4 percent. The banking sector index added 1.4 percent. Samba Financial Group, the second largest bank by market value, climbed 1.4 percent after posting a 4.9 percent rise in quarterly earnings.
