Italian stocks plunged over 3.0 percent Monday after Moody\'s ratings agency warned it would review all EU countries because they had failed to deliver decisive measures to fix the eurozone debt crisis. The main FTSE Mib index in Milan was down 3.16 percent at 14,994 points at 1420 GMT.
