As many as 17 ships arrived at and left Port Said harbor, Port Said Ports Authority said on Wednesday.

In a statement, the authority said two container ships sailed into the east port, while two others set sail.

Two more container vessels are expected to sail into the harbor.

The statement added that west Port Said port received two container ships, while two others left the port and two other container ships are expected to sail into the port.

A vessel arrived at the port and other three vessels are expected to sail into the port, the statement added.
