Damietta Port received over the past 24 hours four ships, including three container ships and a cargo vessel, Damietta Port Authority Media Center said in a statement on Wednesday.
The statement noted that eight ships left the port, including four container ships and four cargo vessels. 
Meanwhile, 16 ships anchored outside the port until finalizing their entry procedures, it indicated.
